I tried to 'Request a new password' and I did not receive the new password email.

If a member forgets their password they can Request a new password through the SRIF web site. The member should receive an email to explain how to set their new password.

1) Usually the SRIF password reset email is sent to the user's SPAM email folder if a problem is encountered. Please check your junk mail for this email.

2) Please make sure the email account used when creating the SRIF member account is searched for the 'SRIF reset password email.' Sometime members confuse their multiple email accounts.

If neither of these resolutions works, please contact technical help.
